Consultation forms may include company name, contact details, work email, team size, current models, and operating requirements. Standard-service orders also retain the service SKU, amount, currency, payment state, and a hash of the secure order token.

Operational logs may include IP address, browser, request time, and error information for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.

How information is used

We use information to respond to consultations, coordinate delivery, send order notices, verify payment, protect the service, and meet legal or financial obligations. We do not sell consultation data.

Service providers

DujiaoPay provides blockchain payment recognition and notifications. Configured email providers deliver transactional email. Project-specific model providers are identified in the relevant implementation plan.

Retention and security

We retain information according to business, contract, and legal needs. Controls may include access restriction, transport encryption, and server-side secret management. No system can promise absolute security.
