Service scope
AIPay is an enterprise AI infrastructure and governance provider offering platform products, AgentOS, deployment, integration, enablement, and professional services. Deliverables are governed by the applicable order, proposal, quotation, or contract.
Standard services
Fixed-price services include only the scope listed on the service page. Training and support packs exclude custom development, on-site work, and uncontracted ongoing operations.
Enterprise engagements
On-premises, managed, and custom Agent work requires discovery, dependency validation, a proposal, and quotation. Website content is not an unqualified service-level or outcome guarantee.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide lawful, accurate, and authorized data, systems, and access, and comply with applicable model-provider, software, and network terms.
Capability and outcome boundaries
AI output can be inaccurate. AIPay does not guarantee a fixed saving, ROI, absolute security, or business outcome. Critical decisions and high-risk actions should retain appropriate human review.
